The German labour market offers many opportunities, but in order to successfully gain a foothold, sound knowledge of application strategies, intercultural characteristics and effective networking techniques are crucial. In this interactive workshop, you will gain practical insights into the German labour market, learn how to use your own strengths and values to find a job and find out how to successfully integrate into the German work culture. Through targeted exercises and individualised strategies, you will develop a clear roadmap for your professional success in Germany.

About the trainer:
Abdallah Hamad is a certified and multilingual job coach and communication trainer (ICF PCC & EMCC SP) with a passion for professional development and intercultural communication. For over nine years, he has been helping international professionals find their dream job in Germany, advance their careers and successfully manage career change.
With over 1000 hours of coaching experience in six languages and in-depth knowledge of the German labour market, application processes and German work culture, he accompanies his clients on their individual career paths. Abdallah Hamad's approach is based on solution-orientated coaching, empathetic communication and practical methods that enable sustainable success.
